How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. On average:

  • Processing Time: 2–5 business days

  • Shipping Time (USA): 5–12 business days

  • Shipping Time (International): 7–20 business days

You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Why did I receive my items separately?

Since we work with multiple printing and shipping partners, your items may be fulfilled from different locations. This means you might receive separate packages for a single order.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can use this to monitor the delivery status at any time.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed, so cancellations or changes may not be possible after a few hours. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hakihorizons@gmail.com.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re sorry about that! If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or there is a manufacturing error. Please double-check your sizing and design selections before checking out.

Are there any additional customs fees?

For international orders, customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How are your POD products made?

All our POD items are made using high-quality materials and printed with professional-grade techniques. Each product is crafted only after you place an order to reduce waste and promote sustainability.

I entered the wrong shipping address—can I fix it?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address. Once shipped, we are unable to make changes.
